Biannual yard sales are permitted ONLY on the dates are listed below (the second Saturday in April and October).  Yard sale items should be placed in your yard or driveway.  If you don't have many items you may want to join with a neighbor.  In the even of inclement weather, check the website for a date change.  The time of the yard sales will be limited to 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Sign may be posted in the community on the date of the sale only; signage may be posted on Pooler Parkway 3 days prior to the sale and must be removed on the sale day immediately after the sale.  Signs posted in the community on any date other than the approved date will be considered a violation.  Participants should make arrangements for storage or pick-up by a charity organization for their unsold items.  Disposal of unsold items in the community trash compactor is not allowed, and will be considered a violation.
